Today is the full moon. Different traditions and cultures call each of the full moons different names.
The October Full Moon is sometimes known as the Hunting Moon. This is because many hunting seasons begin around this time. This can be a good time to work with your totem animals.
This moon is also known as the Harvest Moon. It is a reminder to slow down and take stock of your pantry for the upcoming winter. This is also a good time to take stock of your inner life and assess your spirituality and growth.
How are you going to celebrate the full moon tonight? I’d love to hear from you.

I remembered to light a candle today (something I’ve let slip of late), and let Spirit/Angels know what I’m aiming for. 🙂
This full moon is also known as Sukot! The holiday of booths! Where we eat (and some sleep) in these four-walled huts with tree branches for roofs (or bamboo) so we can see the sky and consider the fragility of life.
May this full moon bring joy and happiness to all.
