Time for Easter egg hunts and Springtime fun. If you’re of certain religious persuasions you may find you have the day off work today and/or you may be spending some time at your house of worship.
My husband and I will be going bowling. Let’s see if I can attract at least 125′s.
I think every Friday is a good Friday. In fact, I’m also one of those “strange” people who thinks there are good Mondays, good Tuesdays, and, well, you get the picture. It is your choice whether or not today will be a good day.
Even if you “wake up on the wrong side of the bed,” you can still choose to have a good day. Here are three easy ways to start every day off good:
1. Give Gratitude every morning as soon as you wake up. Take two or three minutes to take some deep breaths and say, “thank you” for three things.
2. Focus your intention for the day. What exciting things are going to happen for you today? See the perfect vision of your day – being the star at your meeting, finding joy and happiness everywhere you go, getting new clients and receiving money. Whatever it is, picture it happening.
3. Feel happy. Take a few extra seconds to feel the joy of all of the great things that are going to happen to you today. Then jump out of bed and let them happen!
What do you do for Good Friday and every other good day? I’d love to hear about it!
